Easy to use and navigate, great summary sections for each drug with respect to pregnancy risk and breastfeeding, and all important info is color-coded and at the beginning of each monograph for quick reference if you’re short on time. As a pharmacist, I reference this text a lot now and love it.

Every OB GYN and Fam Practice office should have at least one of these reference books. Information is concise and easy to find on the category of drugs in relation to pregnancy.

I bought this to update my old edition when I was pregnant with my daughter. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is pregnant or nursing. I don’t take any medications on a regular basis but it was great to have when winter hit and I got a cold. I didn’t want to call my doctor every time I had a question. I used it when I was nursing too so I knew for sure if I could take anything when I got a sinus infection. It really came in handy. I’ve lent it to a few friends and they’ve really like it too.
